Very nice! Welcome to the NuCamp family. They were, by far, the best quality camp trailers we could find. We bought the '21 Tab 400 Boondock back in July, and my wife and I finally got to see the Avia in person last weekend. I think you're really going to enjoy it!
We traded in our 2019 Tab 400 for the Avia. The interesting thing is the fuel economy didn’t change.

That is very interesting! And the price isn't much different between the Avia and the 400 boondock. We were actually discussing trading as well.

Nucamp Avia at Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Tx (still closed for tours). Weighed the rig at a truck scale. Trailer axles came in at 5500 with 40 gallons of fresh water. Tongue weight is just under 600 fully loaded.

Avia is really awesome! How do you like it? We are looking at this travel trailer. It builds better than Airstream.

We really like it. We are working through a few warranty Items but as any NuCamp owner knows, they are super focused on getting any issues resolved.

No Data Saturday morning to help grandpa. I hauled a yard of sifted compost on the tow dolly flatbed conversion to the old man's. We had all the kids shoveling and raking. Then they got to help grandma with decorations. Man those kids were trying steal the adults phones to cure the TikTok withdrawals. Hilarious.....

I'm looking at this one, but I need more information on the inside measurements. They say 18', but is that tongue to trailer tail lights? If yes, then the inside is much shorter, meaning it may have space for a car that is only 16' long, as example.

Thoughts on Homesteader brand?
Is the Extended Tongue a good thing?

Always a bit scary seeing trailer weight ratings that close to the rating of the truck. Especially when it is recommended in the manual to reduce the maximum total weight by 10% for every 1000 ft above 1000 feet above sea level. The means if your towing in the mountains your max trailer weight should be quite a bit less than 7500 ibs as you can't reduce the truck weight much if any. I know it makes it pretty much impossible to tow anything over 10,000 feet, kind of ridiculous. But, that's what it says o page 219 of my manual.

Towed a small U-Haul (4'x8', 12' in total length from truck) the last week about 300 miles. Was maybe a total weight of about 300 miles and the truck didn't even know it was there! Got to try out the BLIS coverage for the trailer too, so that was nice! Keeping in mind the cooler winter weather (so worse gas), I got about 16.5-17.0 MPG!
