That is the latest TSB for the transmission issues. Sounds like you have the startup shudder
There is a different TSB for the startup shudder, that involves setting the pinion angles. That is the solution that is hit or miss on whether it helps or not. Thankfully I do not have this issue on my...
I've had it enabled on my 2019 for 3+ years with the European signs. I think the US signs were a firmware change with the 2020 MY. I also have an extra blank circle next to my speed sign that I believe is for passing zone or caution signs in Europe.
Wouldn't blame him, the way you guys went off the deep end. Duke was the only one who gave an answer the even applied. The European Ranger went through some minor updates and they were designated by mark numbers. We would probably call them face-lifts here in NA. Changes but not enough to call...
I've had the best luck using the Cyan Labs Sync updater. Download their tool onto your PC and it will formet and download what you need onto it correctly. Then just go out and plug it into your truck and it will update it.
Back to one of your first questions (concerns) the porpoising. I agree with @Grumpaw stiffing up the back suspension will help. Also, possibly try adjusting the tension on your hitch bars. This will change the stiffness between the truck and the trailer. As I am sure Grumpaw will agree getting...
Yes, it takes ATF, but it is not the same as the transmission. The transmission takes ULV while the transfer case takes LV. Two different fluids. Unfortunately we has got to the point that all ATF is not the same.
Sid, I have Android and I haven't had to pair mine for a while. I think there is a point in the pairing when you tell the phone what features to allow. I think you need to tell it to let it share the calling and data.
Wow, AM and FM! And it was easily removable to take with you. You had it all. I had to park with my truck open, so I could hear my 8-track off the back of my rear speakers.😁
So, now a wiring harness is not a part? Sounds like a loose use of semantics to get out of paying. I wonder if the ESP contract specifically excludes wiring issues? Those can be some of the most difficult (expensive) to find.
I had a Teknosha in 2011 Ranger, it worked great. In my 2019, I decided on the Redarc unit since Ford did not have their kit when I needed one. Didn't know they were going to use it for their kit. I like it because it doesn't hand down from the dash and become a knee knocker. I mounted my...
You do know that you flag decal is on backwards right? The field needs to be towards the front of the truck not the back. Otherwise a nice looking truck. Fly it proud, fly it right!
Welcome, at least it sounds like you've covered the two biggies, so you should be good now. Not sure about the pressure in the tank unless the previous owner ran it empty a few times.
I've got 34K on my 2019 from new, and it has never been back to the dealer except to get a new battery under...
Seafoam will do absolutely nothing for your Valves if you put it in the gas. Maybe the exhaust, but that's not the problem one. In a direct injection engine like ours the gas never touches the intake valves.
I think I finally found the PID that works on our trucks. It was on the F150gen14 forum. I plugged it into my Torque Pro app and it works and the values look like I member from Forscan. I need to fire them up side by side and verify. But here it is if anyone else wants to try it.
