Usually just my little utility trailer, but I did some heavy hauling once.

We'll just say this was an "unrecommended" towing combination according to U-Haul. As in I lied and told them it was a Bronco II. Because they wouldn't let me rent the trailer if they knew what I was actually towing.
I hate those f@$%&#* uhaul trailers. If you felt the tow its because you cant properly balance the load with those stupid trailers. To much weight on the tongue. But at times, if thats the only trailer you can get. Well, thats it.
Trailer shiuld be level and truck too if possible. Trailer mainly. Thanks uhaul.

Idk, those uhaul trailers are super convenient. I had an 83 caprice wagon on one last year and I was happy with the whole experience.

Here's our HQ15 at Prewitt Ridge, above the Big Sur coast off Hwy 1. Road is passable by a stock Ranger with 4x4 (ours is definitely not stock), but has numerous 12% grade sections and some short 14% sections.

Starlink for RV has just gone online.

same dishes, and you get lower prioorty so your speeds are not as good but still more than fast enough for most office jobs and to stream online.

Speaking of Starlink we got ours a couple of months ago and I mounted it to our trailer using a Flag Pole Buddy 2.0 and 2 replacement sections of flag pole from the local Flag store. Mounted the dish into the flag pole using a 3D printed adapter I designed myself. Got the cable into the storage bay using another 3D printed part I designed.

We ordered in Feb 2021 which means we got the round dish and are on the residential plan (which is perfect since we're hoping to move into a house in the middle of nowhere eventually).

First trip with the Tremor and our Surveyor 19BHLE. Pulled great and even with a 15-20 mph cross/head wind we got around 12.5mpg on 93 octane

. Mix of 65mph highway and 45mph rural roads mostly flat. That’s also with two kayaks on the bed rack and A/C blasting. About 4700lbs for the trailer and using an Andersen WDH. Just over 2000 miles on the truck now. Very pleased with the setup.

I want to replace my over the air tv antenna with a starlink. figure it is a good swap, even if I only get half the bandwidth.

how well does it run off 12 volt power?

I'm only using it on 110v so I can't say. I've seen the power supply modded to accept 12v but that was for the round dish model like mine, while most people are getting the rectangular model these days. That model has the power supply built-into the router. There are lots of mods for that as well but they're a bit more complex.

First trip out, tows like a champ.

We were towing a Scamp 13ft with our 2017 Ford Escape. Bought the Ranger so we could upgrade to the 19ft Escape Trailer. Major upgrade all the way around.
