This is exciting. I had an 88' GT Convertible in high school that I supercharged. To this day I don't think anything sounds better than that 5.0. What a fun car.
The pipe actually comes in 24', having it cut to 12' but I need them at that length. I think bringing something heavy to hold them down in the front and strapping them in tight will work.
Steel pipes. I could lay them flat in the bed but I fear that someone will run into them and get hurt, too many people aren't paying attention, even if I put a flag at the end.
I need to pick up two 12' pipes and short haul them a few miles back to my house. I am thinking of just putting them in the bed with the rear gate up so that the pipes face upwards and tie them down that way. I don't think I will have any height issues. Anyone have a better way to get these home?
+1 for Rok Blokz. When I first saw pictures of them I was underwhelmed. After installing and using them for 6 months I can say they are awesome. Cut way down on debris hitting the doors and I really like the minimalist look. They blend really well on the truck.
I have been using the 303 Graphene detail spray as a lubrication when drying the car to what seemed to be good results. Having done it on my GFs much darker car I can see that it potentially leaves streaks on the paint that I might be missing due to my much lighter color. The streaks aren't...
That's a bit disappointing with engine choices. While I have no issues with the current 2.3 in the truck now, I would have expected at least a more fuel efficient choice prior to a hybrid release. Though this puts my mind at ease, the only pull I had towards the newer truck was if there was...
My 2021 Tremor is nearly up to 13k miles, 9.5k of those miles I have been using Fuelio to track mileage. I drive very conservatively, using cruise control and staying near the speed limit almost all the time. There is a noticeable difference in gas mileage in the summer (averaging about...
Any North American owners install their own roof rack? It's quickly becoming high up on my list of "wants". I know it's a lot of work and requires drilling into the roof, but from the directions I have read it seems pretty straight forward. Anyone done it themselves? Tips? Tricks?
Looks like they are comparing a Turbo Diesel v the Turbo Gas engine, I wouldn't have a doubt the diesel would tow a lot better but I don't think we are getting the diesel in NA.
