I think probably a site full of people who already have Rangers with OEM tires that no one really likes and are trying to get rid of is probably not a good place to sell said tires. :lipssealed: I‘m planning to hit Kijiji and craigslist to sell mine. Lots of normal people will be really happy to get decent tires for cheap.
Actually, I realized probably the best thing to do is hold on to them and put them back on if/when I sell the truck. A brand new set of tires is a major selling point!

I thought of doing that but I have no place to store them. No basements here or a shed so if I leave them outside the sun and dry heat will kill them. The only shade I have is under my back patio and I don't ant to look at 5 tires every time I'm out there.

New to the Forum and just read through this ENTIRE thread...The configuration I am considering is a set of the Fifteen52 Analogs in the 16 x 7.5" / BS 4.25" / 0 Offset size. Mounted to a set of General Grabber ATX 235/85/16's. Will also be adding an ICON Stage II kit adjusted to 2.5 (level) in front and 0-1/2" lift in the rear. I'm fairly confident I will not have a rub issue but my concern is with POKE. I do not want the tires to stick out beyond (or much beyond) the fender. The tire is tall and narrow 31.7" x 9.3" but the rim is only offered in 0mm offset. Can someone check my math and advise. Cheers

I've had a few questions since I posted in the off-road pic thread so here's my setup.

I'm running BFG K02 275/70/18s (~33") on stock rims with the Bilstein 5100s on the highest setting. They are suuuuuper tight but so far no rubbing even after some mild off roading in Moab.

Here is how far I am from the knuckle:

I can just about get my fingers in-between the knuckle and the tire at it's closest.

The stance is near perfect in my opinion.

Here's my crash bar tolerance. This is driver's side, full right lock at the front crash bar.

Here is the rear crash bar, still on the driver's side, but full left lock.

I'm sure if I got to full compression, I'd have some rubbing but I'm fairly convinced this is the absolute biggest you can go on stock rims with a level.

Just put on a set of 35x11.5x17 Toyo AT3’s. Fitment is perfect and no rubbing upfront.

3.5” lift in front 2” in rear. Wheels have +25 offset

I tried to find the info on this, so if I missed it I apologize. I am installing the Eibach 2.0 coil overs and shocks. The front lift with be at 3” and I’m putting 1” blocks in the rear. I’m trying to find the largest size tire I can use and not have to use spacers. I’m looking to have no rubbing and full articulation. I have factory 18” rims. I’m also installing BDS upper control arms if that helps. Thanks!

Didn't go as daring as others, but haven't seen anyone else with this size so thought I'd throw in for reference.

Old tires: Stock 255/70/R16 Bridgestone Duelers
New tires: 265/70/R16 Falken Wildpeaks (+0.5" same size as stock 17")

I dig the look more than I would have thought. Might not even upgrade to a 17" wheel, currently running the base level steel wheels rattlecanned matte black w/matte clearcoat.

Installed the new Toyo Open Country AT3s, 285/70/17 C with Icon Vector 6 wheels today. BDS intrusion bars replaced in front of the wheel, but the rear-of-wheel intrusion beams are stock. No rubbing with ~1" clearance in front at lock and ~1/4" in back.

Side note: will be selling the stock 18" set in San Diego.

Dude this truck looks great, lift, wheels, tires. I'm considering 275/65 r18 vs 275/70 r18 with a stage 1 fox 2.0 lift on my 2020 ranger fx4. Grabber atx tires.

Based upon what others have said regarding clearance issues with stock wheels and stock ride height this is what I’ve come up with for the 17” and 18” stock wheels. At modest 1.5” increase in height and .4” increase in width for both tire upgrades.

Are you saying the largest with or without a suspension (1.5" or 2") that you would go 275/65 r18??
Thanks...

I think I meant stock ride height but I ended up with 275/65R18s (Falken WildPeak AT3W) tires on mine while adding the 2” BDS leveling kit. And then at a later date Icon tubular upper control arms to correct a slight camber issue that would ultimately cause uneven wear on the outer tread of the front tires.

If anyone is interested, I have attached a Excel spreadsheet that I use when sizing tire I want to use.
I have protected the "Tire Sizes" tab so you don't shot yourself in the foot in the first 2 minutes of use.
If your really like a sore foot, the password to unprotect it is "Wheels".

How this is useful.
