Thanks! The problem is it doesn’t do it all the time, so they weren’t able to pinpoint it. I was told they documented it and was directed to Ford customer service.

That’s who I’m going to go with. I’m excited to get their product and have spoken to them extensively about what the capabilities and limitations are. So far they have amazing customer service. Much better than I can say for FP.
