If anyone is interested, I have attached a Excel spreadsheet that I use when sizing tire I want to use.
I have protected the "Tire Sizes" tab so you don't shot yourself in the foot in the first 2 minutes of use.
If your really like a sore foot, the password to unprotect it is "Wheels".

How this is useful.
This is awesome. A man after my own heart :) Thanks for sharing.

I will be modifing to support 17" also.

I've had a few questions since I posted in the off-road pic thread so here's my setup.

I'm running BFG K02 275/70/18s (~33") on stock rims with the Bilstein 5100s on the highest setting. They are suuuuuper tight but so far no rubbing even after some mild off roading in Moab.

Here is how far I am from the knuckle:

I can just about get my fingers in-between the knuckle and the tire at it's closest.

The stance is near perfect in my opinion.

Here's my crash bar tolerance. This is driver's side, full right lock at the front crash bar.

Here is the rear crash bar, still on the driver's side, but full left lock.

I'm sure if I got to full compression, I'd have some rubbing but I'm fairly convinced this is the absolute biggest you can go on stock rims with a level.

Just put on a set of 35x11.5x17 Toyo AT3’s. Fitment is perfect and no rubbing upfront.

3.5” lift in front 2” in rear. Wheels have +25 offset

Did you have to cut the bars?

A little disclaimer - I did rub a bit on the crash bar other day pulling into a parking spot quickly. But it hasn't happened since, and it doesn't happen during normal daily driving. Only at full lock do i have any issues.

So I've got my '20 Lariat used and noticed that front tire is worn from inside at only 20K miles. Great excuse to upgrade wheels, install 2" BDS leveling kit up front and do alignment.
Will put Falken Wildpeaks AT3 265/70 R17, but not sure on the wheels. Really like Method MR316, but only come in +0mm offset, which might be too much as I'd like to keep the tires in their wells. Fuel Shok comes at 17x9 +20mm offset so rim width is another concern.
Also, what do you think of bronze rims on black truck? Or go full murdered out?
I'll be getting aftermarket black grille and probably fender vents after wheels/leveling

Do you think using 1.5 inch spacers would eliminate the rubbing?

Love your set up. I plan on getting some 275/70/18s as well. I have the fox 2 in leveling kit and considering spacers so I'm hoping it works.

I think I meant stock ride height but I ended up with 275/65R18s (Falken WildPeak AT3W) tires on mine while adding the 2” BDS leveling kit. And then at a later date Icon tubular upper control arms to correct a slight camber issue that would ultimately cause uneven wear on the outer tread of the front tires.
What type of upper control arms did you go with l?

Figured I would post up my setup. Kenda klever rt 33x 10.5 with a pacbrake 2.5 in leveling kit. So far only about 2k on them with some light off roading but a lot of snow. These tires have been great very good on the snow look good and no rubbing with the front crash bar plastic removed and the bars pushed forward. Down size is a bit noiser the. Stock but not much (my wife didn't notice untill I told her).

Hard to say, as it would just move the rubbing further out on the crash bars. Not sure if a spacer is the best remedy, but it might be enough. I have taken the plastic off the bars, but I haven't tried to finagle them out of their stock position.

Ohh gotcha. Well I'm actually going to remove the front crash bars all together once I put on my new bumper. Hopefully it works out. Thanks for the info man

Got my wheels and tires put on yesterday!
275/55R20 on a 20x12 wheel with -44 offset
Rough country 2.5” level kit and crash bar delete, also had to take out the plastic crash absorbers behind the fender liners and minor plastic trimming to the fender flares. I’m looking into getting some bolt on fender flares and I won’t have any issues at all but for right now I have no running at full lock in either direction.

I originally ordered 33x12.5, called them back and decided to go smaller and I’m glad I did though. I think with the Rough country 3.5” level kit it would clear the 33’s with this offset. The 6” lift would clear 35’s all day long. I’m seeing these dudes in Thailand doing 35’s on XLTs with 22x14 wheels, I got a hold of someone over there and they claim they’re doing it on the Fox adjustable suspension life maxed out.

I know this is from a while ago but how is the ride with this setup? Looking at similar wheels and you seem to be the only one I could find with 20x12’s

Method 310's in 17x8.5 w/ 0 offset

I rub the lower most inch of the fender liner on the firewall side.

I removed the small lower air damn (FX4) in front of each tire next to the skid plate

I removed the crash bars (cut) and had no other issues.

I installed the BDS crash bars and rubbed both of the rear bars enough that i've removed them for now. I might try to enlarge the bolt holes to see if i can get an extra bit of movement rearward from them.

(I also added bushwacker oem smooth flares a few days later. PITA to install as bushwacker had a run of bad flares where the marker lights don't fit and new ones aren't expected for 45 days)

Question so after you removed everything and cut the crash bars you still rubbed on the inner liner?
