If your maintainer has a desulfate mode, I would run that. I saved my neighbors battery that was way worse than that. Our build date of 6/2020 puts the battery at 5.5 years. When not driven for a few days, I keep our CTEK MXS_5.0 battery maintainer plugged in. Haven't had any problems, but due to age, I wondered about the health. Checked with a TOPDON battery tester yesterday.
If the battery is this bad, then why aren't we having problems ??
I did not disconnect the battery. Is this the proper way to test ??

It is very difficult to get the Topdon clamps properly connected to the battery with the bus work/clamps attached to get an accurate reading. If in doubt, remove the battery cables/connections from both battery posts and retest for the most accurate reading. Our build date of 6/2020 puts the battery at 5.5 years. On my '19 Ranger the battery had 2 dead cells in 18 months that they replaced under warranty. I think Chris @Chris M had his replaced early too. But we both live in AZ where the heat destroys batteries quickly. My Tacoma battery only lasted a little over 2 years before it died. I never replaced a battery in any of my F150's when I lived back in MA.Looks like us 2019 owners not only got 6 bed tie downs, we also got long life batteries.
Never had a battery tender on mine. Not driven at times for up to two weeks, no issues starting, but those pesky Gremlins...
New England was a great place to live up into my 60's . Honestly, when my wife retires this year, she will be putting on a search for renting or buying a home in a warmer, more tax friendly state. On my '19 Ranger the battery had 2 dead cells in 18 months that they replaced under warranty.
