The points were there when I loaded Ford Pass three days later.

Nothing after 60 days. The missing points request interface I navigated to from the app came up dry, so I called Ford Pass Assist, gave my member ID, and sat on hold for 15 minutes. The had to escalate my case for whatever reason and said they'd credit the points within 24-48 hours. We'll see.

Got my truck on Monday, got my points today (Saturday). Not bad. $210 to put on a Ford extended warranty!

Points are equal to 1/2¢,($0.005) so the 42000 points are equal to $210. The good news is they will give you another 42000 points if you buy another Ford!

I didn't have them for a good 6 months. I called them and they said "Oh we forgot to add them".
Damn come to think of it...I still don't even have the title. When I registered it the DMV told me to get the new title with my name would take a long time "cause everything is backed up, maybe by June". This was after the dealer took so long to send the original title that my temp tags expired.

I had to call them up, apparently the modem wasn't activated or something like that. Got that taken care of and they added the points fairly quickly, then a few months later they credited me with another 40000 points. And they added a few more when I couldn't find engine or cabin air filters anywhere in town so I got them from the dealer while they swapped out my driveshaft. Another 843 to the total.
