I guess my thought is the escape drives more like a truck than the ranger does. IMO the ranger doesn't control body movements the way it should. I am by no means an expert but I had a 97 ranger awhile back and I really liked that truck. The new one to me seems lacking to me. I plan to go back and test an fx4 to see if that better controls body movement.

It won't, it needs an aftermarket rear swaybar, and probably an upgraded front one... I'll be adding those when they are finally released by hellwig.

I've never seen a sway bar on a rear leaf sprung solid axle - would it provide any benefits? I've only seen them on coil sprung solid axles.

I have one on my 1973 Capri - and yes, it does provide benefits.

99% sure my '95 STX ranger had a rear swaybar.
Now that you say that, I think my 2005 Ranger had a rear sway bar too? I know it had a front sway bar for sure.

According to Fox, they're trying to get them out before SEMA, so likely late September or Early October for when they'll start shipping.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to give us an exact date.

I have the prototype hellwig bar, it’s a lot of fun . Should be released real soon.

They said rear first, then airbags, then upgraded front. You will need the quick disconnect for the rear of you plan on taking it Offroad. It’s really stiff.
Still not seeing anything available yet. I would have liked this during towing season (camping).

It’s gonna be a while, no new updates except the last, what is out is the installation instructions for the kit and it does say to unseat the axle if you have a 4x4, never done it before but I hear an air hammer works best, we will see, it’ll be months from now till I try but I do have an air hammer on the way.

Some good, if interesting news.

Fox got their first batch of both the coilovers and shocks out early, and we now have them in stock and ready to ship.

We also have a Fox Stage 1 Package put together that includes two front coilovers and two rear shocks, which a Stage 2 package that will include UCAs of some sort coming in the near future.

Feel free to post here or PM me with any questions.
