Yeah, this weekend was beautiful - I was out in the woods on Saturday and it was a gorgeous day. I can only imagine what Crater Lake was like. The photos look AWESOME.
While I would LOVE a 6' bed, I have to admit, I haven't really had issues with my 5' bed. I bought a bed extender because I thought it would help a lot, and I've only used it once or twice. The depth of the bed helps a lot.
With that said, I'd still love the option of a 6' bed crew cab, but...
If you are concerned about stuff like this, then you should definitely NOT have a smart phone. Smart phones are the best data collection devices ever created. We live in the age of Big Data. It is very difficult to avoid it.
Nothing to entice me to trade my paid for 5G at all. Now, a long bed crew cab with a hybrid powertrain? That would make me seriously consider trading....
Someone recently posted that they cycled thru the gears (Park, Reverse, Drive) a couple of times before heading out on a cold day. My trans has always had one or two harsh shifts when the air temp is colder than 50ish. I tried doing that the other day and didn't have that first harsh shift...
I believe (but could be wrong since I've only done it a couple times) - you have to go to neutral and then to 4HI before switching back to 2WD. Going in is kind of the same - you have to go thru 4HI to get to 4LOW. And going in/out of low range requires you to be in neutral - I thought that...
I looked at a few of the comments and some were saying they were abusing it. I had to laugh - if a truck can't take the little bit of wheel spin on snow and ice, it isn't a truck I want to own!
It will be really interesting to see what the real cause was when they get it looked at. Even...
I have to say I'm surprised - he hadn't really hammered it too hard when it popped - it will be interesting to see what broke. I'm surprised it was so fragile. Not a good look for the new Tacoma for sure.
If you don't drive much, it might help to put a battery maintainer on the battery. It is something most new vehicles suffer from, with all the parasitic drain of all the electronics.
You may be right, and if you are, that is incredibly sad that someone would stoop that low for "clicks". Kind of like the guy who intentionally crashed his plane for "clicks" - at least he was caught and had to account for his stunt.
They do not want to lose the "best selling pickup for xx years in a row".
In NA, I still maintain the reason the Ranger doesn't sell better is because they aren't MAKING that many Rangers. They've prioritized Bronco builds instead of Ranger builds. I think I read in January they only built a...
As others have said, my guess is that you accidentally pressed the gas with the brake - it isn't too hard to do - the brake pedal really should be a bit farther away, IMO.
Its funny, we got into a similar project recently. I had noticed some water damage at the bottom end of one segment of our siding so I hired some guys to some dig it apart to see how bad it was (I'm getting too old to work on ladders like that) - what they found was good and bad - good that the...
