I’ve had numerous battery issues, 2019 Ranger on my 3rd battery! All have been replaced under warranty, current one tends to take a long time to charge! Wondering if I have a drain? But considering my luck w/ batteriesWere you having battery issues before the app update? Did you try the old "remove and reinstall the app" trick?
Nobody, not even major tire dealers will give tires. They will prorate them based on remaining tread life.It is probably a waste of time recording the rotations but I'll try anyways. From what I've read the 55k tire warranty is pretty much always denied. Has anyone actually gotten free tires from them wearing out too soon?
Nothing new here. That was included somewhere in the old app, just not as obvious.Anyone find this new “Terms and Privacy Policy” on the app when opening it? It won’t let you get into the app unless you accept the new terms, which include the sharing of telematics and driving behavior to be shared with unspecified partners and affiliates. If so, I’m done with FordPass. Don’t want my info shared. Any thoughts?

Update: I deleted my Ranger from the app, added it back, and the app at least works. And even though I know my Ranger is in the driveway, the app still can't locate. Then it dawned on me... I had a separate post about dislodging the antenna due to a low-hanging garage door. So I figure that location services rely on the antenna to be intact. Waiting to get that repaired.Noted in another post that I can't get the app to work. I uninstalled it, tried again, and it's still the same. Just shows a picture of my Ranger, but that's all. Some presumably menu boxes are greyed out. The only ones I can see are 'Location' and 'Scheduled Remote Starts'. When I select Location, it attempts to find my Ranger - but just notes 'Location Unavailable'.
It's not like I NEED the app, I just would like it to work as it should.

One thing I wish they had under service history, was a detail of actual services performed, not generic 'scheduled maintenance'. Some of my history seems to be incorrect. The last service shows $236.76. I had only the Fast Lane services done and paid about $80.
The one before that shows $99.95 for 'scheduled maintenance, Air conditioning and heating, and other". Again, I had only the normal Fast Lane services done for $80. My invoices for those two shows only oil/filter, tire rotation, and included normal checks.
And even though I was running the new app for a few weeks, I think it did a final update, because this time I had to log in again. That's the first time in three years. Good luck remembering a password from 3 years ago, so I had to reset it thru the web site.

As an update the oil life has finally reset on its own in the app. Just took a couple days…Had an oil change and oil life will not reset in app. The dealer reset it in truck as I checked and drove a while but nothing changed. I then reset it again myself in the truck before a long drive and it still hasn’t reset in the app. And the ESP warranty info still is not there. Or service stuff. The tire pressure, distance to empty & miles are all still current & right on, location works….
Did you find any way to add in the picture of the receipt? Looking at the records it looks like they deleted the pictures of the receipts I had previously added so I'm assuming Ford doesn't want to store the pictures anymore.It's under view vehicle details,then scroll down to quick links,then click service history.Pain in the ass.
