Fordpass App intermittant service...

Everyonce it a while my Fordpass app will not be available on my phone, like it glitches and forgets what vehicle it is configured to. Has anyone else been running into this? I'll try and get a screenshot next time it acts up. I only use it for the remote start function.

Is it an iPhone? The newest IOS 13 update has been causing problems with certain apps and maybe that's the problem? Mine's working fine but I haven't done the update and @RedlandRanger brought this up in another post.

The only odd behavior I've seen is occasionally I will get a prompt "Are you driving?" when I use the remote start. Seems like kind of a stupid prompt for remote start...

It is odd that it only happens occasionally. And I'm on Android, not iOS.

I have an Andriod (Galaxy S9 Plus). It works 95% of the time and acts up randomly. It acted up this morning, when I tried to start my truck from my phone.

Mine always seems to work to start, but every time I open the app it has gone back to reading in miles instead of kilometres.

Im running IOS 13.2.2 on my iPhone and my app works just fine. No problems at all.

It's been working today. Just always seems to act up when it's most convenient to use.... Like when I'm half awake, geting ready for work, and it's below freezing

Mine also. Even going into the settings and switching to Kms doesn't do anything, still shows miles. It's been like that for well over a month.
