You’re not missing much. As mentioned by Alan above, they only released a beta version to about 5-10% of all users so a lot of people don’t have it yet. I have tried it and I am not a fan. The original version of the app is better, in my opinion.
You’re not alone. I couldn’t find the information on my extended warranty either on my iPhone. I have to show that ESP every time I have used the extended warranty as it also lists my deductible.
I don’t rock crawl, so forgive my ignorance, but is rock crawling supposed to be a speed race or a technical obstacle run? It would seem to me that if the cross members and skid plate are smashed, and the oil pan was damaged, then the driver was clearly on a rock trail going too fast. A skid...
You ought to read up on the issues with the brand new Chevy Colorados and GMC Canyons. Lots of folks being left stranded and requiring a tow. The occasional glitches in these Rangers are minor league in comparison. All things mechanical can fail. Just saying...
I agree. They really should roll the 5g forum into the 6g forum because we share a lot of the same components on these trucks. They should also include the earlier gen Rangers. The Chevy Colorado Fans forum includes all the Colorado Generations (3), plus the sister brand the GMC Canyon.
I agree Jack. I am looking at the Raptor unless they do ADM’s, then I’m out. I like your ZR2, but not keen on all the issues I’m reading about in “ColoradoFans” like battery drain, electronics, etc. Also the new Ultifi system is concerning with regard to possibly more paywalls for stuff. I hope...
This guy is a clown and this is a silly comparison. He’s comparing two different trim levels and appearance packages, a 5g XLT with no sport package versus a 6g Lariat, which is a higher trim level. My 19 is “Two-Tone”, in that it has the Sport Package which gives the fender flares and bumpers...
Spacers might not give you the travel distance you might need and could cause issues with CV’s and control arms, etc. I have a spacer on mine but it’s a small one, maybe 2 inches. The Tremor suspension is already pretty awesome, but I get where you’re at.
Here in Florida cyclists enjoy ALL of the rights, but accept NONE of the responsibilities. We have bike lanes virtually all over, but cyclist, especially those in clubs that cycle in packs, will always take over a vehicle travel lane, causing cars to have to cross the double yellow lines to get...
Yeah, maybe that’s why they could not duplicate the problem. They were looking for “Klumky” instead of “Clunky”. While she was struggling to figure out how to spell “Clunky”, I was gonna suggest “Rough”, but then thought, no, they might look for “Ruff” shifting instead.
Well, initially I tried to because I just needed an oil change, but when I mentioned the clunky transmission and the TSB on it, they said they wanted to keep it and would likely need to keep it possibly overnight. Surprisingly though, they only kept it 1/2 a day so it was a fairly quick turn...
I posted this in a different thread, but maybe someone here might find some value in my experience with the “10R80 Paranoia”.
FWIW, I had noticed a very random clunky shifting on mine when it got a bit cold as well. Had it in for a routine service the other day and mentioned the Ford TSB...
FWIW, I had noticed a very random clunky shifting on mine when it got a bit cold as well. Had it in for a routine service the other day and mentioned the Ford TSB 24-2046, which I learned from another thread. They checked the transmission and although no codes were found, they did what was...
