Ah okay well it sounds like you got a good deal then - assuming trailers depreciate like vehicles. I still need to get one.The trailer is just a few years old but the fellow had put preventative on it.
No, it will be for a compact tractor and implements.Hi Arly, is that to haul all you winter grooming equipment?

Those are cool, we walked into one a while ago. Sheesh I can't even get 20mpg without towing lol Headwind going to Utah this week I got 16.5mpg going 70-85mph and coming home a better 18.0mpg. I blame the k03 for some of that, same size k02 would do about 19-21mpg depending on direction of travel and winds.2021 Clipper Express 9.0TD V-Trek
Everything I need, and nothing I don't! Hauls super smooth and I got ~20mpg on the last 200 miles round trip in the mountains averaging probably 60mph. It's probably only 1700lbs or so fully loaded with gear and water tanks full.

YesI have a question for all of you that do tow...are you using a brake controller?
Depends on what your towing.....a 5x8 little open utility trailer, no.....a travel trailer....yes.I have a question for all of you that do tow...are you using a brake controller?
Have you
I have a brake controller, I definitely need it when I tow a RZR with a car hauler. I was just curious to know how many people tow with and without one. If they're not using trailer brakes, what is the max weight they have towed, how bad does it push your truck. I have a friend that just got a 2019 and he doesn't want to install a brake controller. He wants to tow his toys out to the desert though.Depends on what your towing.....a 5x8 little open utility trailer, no.....a travel trailer....yes.
Usually the trailer will dictate if a controller is needed. If it has a 7 pin connector, than a brake controller is needed. Most rental cargo trailers have surge brakes, and no controller is needed.
To be legal - most states require one towing anything over 3k lbs. To be safe, especially towing in the mtns I'd recommend using one for towing lower weights.Have you
