Wheels arrived today, well, one of them anyway…now wondering where the other three are ? The box the wheel came in looks like sh*t but from my initial peek at the wheel it appears to be ok. Will know for sure once I pull it out of the box. Anyway, the gloss black looks really good, IMO of course.

They are going to look really sweet! This seems like a common occurrence lately with the shipping boxes being damaged and looking like it was thrown from the truck to the front door. Me and a few others have had the same happen recently, hopefully your wheels are ok.

Thanks! Think so too. I was worried after seeing folks here post pictures of damaged deliveries. Praying to the god of truck mods that the other three are going to be ok. Fingers crossed ??

Appears I spoke too soon thinking that the first wheel wasn't damaged. Pulled it out of the box for closer inspection, and you guessed it, it's damaged. I received the other three wheels today and ALL were damaged or had defects as well. So frustrating!! :curse:

I'm working through Custom Offsets and so far they have been very responsive. So we'll see how this goes and how quickly it can be resolved. Was super excited but now feeling bit bummed out...it'll really suck if I have to wait around for a long time for replacements. That has me feeling uneasy. Especially if I have to wait around while CO deals with their claim process. That shouldn't be my problem and they should send replacements ASAP, that's my opinion anyway.

Here's a few samples of the damage or flaws,

I remember there was damage like this and I forgot which site back 8 years ago, but they ended up giving me the option of a free wheel(200$ paypal) or replacements. I chose the free wheel as I was quite broke and it was a on a beater car anyways. However with a beauty like the Ranger, I would definitely get replacements. Quite a hassle though, hope they do something extra for the trouble.

@Discount Tire if this issue isn’t a reason to buy wheels through you guys I don’t know what is. I could’ve avoided these headaches. You guys would’ve probably ordered the wheels, take delivery, inspect, and call me when things are gtg. Instead I’m receiving, inspecting, and dealing with the headaches. My two favorite words right now, next time. Live and learn.

Wheel Update: Custom Offsets has been very responsive and is making every attempt to make the wheel exchange process as painless as possible. So far so good and kudos to their customer service.

On a completely different subject, I picked up a lightly used Livernois My Calibrator tuner from OfferUp. Called Livernois and the transferred to serial number to me. Saved about $200 overall. So once the suspension, wheels, and tires are on I’ll tune the truck to get some of those mpg’s back. Anybody have their tune on your Ranger? How do you like it?

Love it on my '21. The traction control gets a little annoying sometimes with the extra power but that seems to be something that's changed with the 21 model year and is impacting all tunes, not just Livernois. The truck screams with a tune, especially in Sport mode. ?

I've had mine since August of 2020 and love it! I've tried the tow tune and both 91-93 tunes and like the 91-93 soft shift one the most. Shift are nice and smooth and the power is right there when you step on it. Their customer service is A+ too.

I second the 91-93 soft shift. That's my daily.

I was running the 91-93 performance tune for the longest time. Then I had read one of your posts about how much you liked the soft shift and decided to try that one and like it a lot more. The 1st-2nd gear shifts are so much smoother and you don't seem to sacrifice any power. I would think long term this would be better for the transmission too.

How is it in S mode?
