I replaced mine with about 900 miles on the stock tires. I sold them on Craigslist which helped pay for the new ones. Heck I'd still be waiting for new ones as I usually only drive around 8,000 miles/year. lol
Got mine in early November and about to hit 10k miles any day now.

That's more than I'll ever do. Everything near me is so close by so I don't put many miles on unless on vacation now. Plus I never trusted the stock Hankooks going off road. We go out to the desert shooting and didn't want to chance getting a puncture out there.

Stop posting pics you assholes. My stock tires have plenty of life left. I do not need to wonder down to Firestone tomorrow.....

those that are getting lower mpg that changed tire size, did you adjust the tire size for the computer and speedo?
i spent about 6 hours today mixed between old state highways and dirt roads / ranch access roads about 30 miles of it was in 4wd and still averaged 21 and change. that included a few right foot misbehaviors and the light to light traffic getting out of the metro mess plus carrying two spares on steels, load e all around the six, full tool bag, assorted recovery gear, full size shovel, axe, recovery tracks, full 52 quart cooler of drinks and food 10 gallons of extra fuel, 2 gallons extra drinking water, air compressor, lawn chairs - the works. i figured eveyones mpg would be around 20.
I changed mine with an SCT BDX Tuner

I have 35k on the truck and wore them out legitimately. :sunglasses:
I had a couple sets of Firestone Destination A/T's on my old Sport Trac and liked them a lot.

I don't think I will have the stock rubber long but it seems like a waste to not wear them out.

I am at least waiting for the stock tires to wear out first, but I am going with the bigger tires once they are done.
My truck came with the Bridgestone's an they had a little life left when I replaced them at just under 24K. They may have gone to 30K safely but it was November an I didn't want sketchy tires on for the winter. Went with 265/70/17 Nitto's. I shopped looking at the weight so it wouldn't kill mileage too much. These are around 40 pounds each, ride good, not loud an handle snow fine.

Surprisingly my old tires passed state inspection in March (I didn't think they would) but they were getting a little skittish in the rain.

Getting the same tires installed on Friday with the exact same setup. Any issues with fit or rubbing after some time with them? Mine is silver too, so we’re going to match exactly!
same size here in a nitto g2
