I bought a raptor in avalanche. I test drove a Lariat FX4 2.7. Power was fine but man the raptor suspension is killer. I could have gotten a rebate and ford A plan on the Lariat but I bit the bullet an went all out. Sticker was only 6K more but losing the rebate and A plan cost me another 6K...

I had a similar experience in a fusion I drove at work. I'd shut the vents off. I'd hit a bump and feel cold air an see it turned back on. It happened a handful of times but always after hitting a bump.

It happened to my '19 once in the 3.5 years I owned it. If it would have happened again I was going to try remote starting it with the app to "wake it up"

When I drove my kids everywhere and I was working I drove 18K plus miles a year. Once the kids drove themselves it dropped to about 15K. Now that I'm semi retired it's about 12K a year, mostly because I don't like sitting at home. I figure 50 gallons a month now.

My new Ranger Raptor is getting 17. That's 90% rural driving not many stops under 50. That's 5 less than my '19.

I thought only people in Cleveland watched that!
