I too, am finding lifting and aligning the wheels harder as I age, especially the Jeep tires. Look up wheel dolly, I find they really help.
Holy smokes, something else I need to buy! (big surprise on this forum!) =D

I never considered one but it makes a lot of sense.

Any recommendations?

Is it this sort of thing?

I just got a maintenance contract from my local dealer for $475 which is the works for full synthetic for four years. Up to 3 oil changes a year. Not a bad deal.
That is an awesome deal if you drive a lot miles. Do they base it on recommend mileage or can you do it every 5K? A plus if it was from Tuttle Click Ford?

Oil change and tire rotation last week at the dealer I use was $80.00
Well worth my time.
I 've mentioned it before. I live in an apt. I have to go to my storage, get my stuff, get rid of the used oil, take my stuff back.
Dealer - in the A/C, drinking coffee and playing on the internet.

The dealership I purchased my truck from offers free oil changes as long as you do the service with them. I had the oil changed three times and then at my 20,000 mile service they charged me over 450 bucks for service, all they did was change the oil and do a tire rotation as well an inspection. When I went out to the truck I noticed they left the clips off the oil flap once again. I went in and told them since they want to charge me over 400 dollars for service can you put the clips back on. I then noticed on the receipt that it said Wynns fuel treatment which was like 120 dollars. I went out to the truck and opened the fuel door and saw it was wet. Wynns fuel treatment is like 7-20 bucks for a little crappy bottle you pour into your tank. I never went back, Ive been doing my own oil changes and services my self and documenting them in FordPass. Walmart Mobil 1 and Mobil one 102A filter. Sry for long post.

I always did my oil changes until I divorced and didn't have a place to do them. Started taking cars to meineke. They changed my sons oil and it was leaking. Took it back, they said loose drain plug. I crawled under the car when I got home and they screwed one of those self tapping oil drain plugs in it. They must of cross threaded it with there impact. That was the end of paying for oil changes. Seems like very few people take pride in their work. Mobile 1 Synthetic and wix filter is what im using.

My 23 tremor has bolts holding the wheel well liner in place. I just have to remove 3 of them to get to the filter.

Our local Meineke did really good work for us and never an issue. So, like dealerships, it's a YMMV thing.

My synthetic blend oil change at a dealer (not the one I bought from, they're terrible at service) is about $80 and the tire rotation is another $30. As my wife and I both have extended warranties on our vehicles, all work is done at the dealer to avoid any issue with a claim (I know, another YMMV thing).

Just got an oil change at the local Ford Dealer in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and it was $130 plus change. First one I got in So Cal in 2022 was $89 then one there in 2023 was $99. Have enough points for one more free one, then it is time to do them myself. The price of $130 is just getting out of control. When I was still working my wages never increased at such a fast pace.
Seems high. Ford & dealers usually team up with coupons. I get what they call "The Works" and it's usually under $70.00, but, I use FordPass points so it comes out free. (Oregon)

Hmm, that might be too elitist for me. The little wheel clamp won't work on a steely!

Poor Ranger Owners Unite Against Your303 Overlords! =p

This thing looks really good and what a back saver! If I get that, I might be rotating Soupie's tires every week - I loves me a reason to fire up the compressor (and annoy the neighbors) and use the impact wrench! =D

I just use a little flat dolly, jack it up enough to roll under the wheel, and then use it to remove and replace. Sure beats lifting the thing. When I was a young bloke I use to be able to just pick them up and hold them there for as long as needed to align the holes and they were steel rims. I can still do that now, but such behaviors now, is liable to lead to me possibly walking like Quasimodo for the rest of the week.

F*** amsoil I live my life taking screen shots and paperwork on Everything! if I changed my oil every 5k miles LOLROF it would cost me $2k a year, I could just buy a new truck every 10 years and stay up to date with the times, lets see how long I can keep this oil thats in it now!
