I had the exact same issue, replace your DPFE sensor. I just purchased the sensor and reused the hoses after cleaning them you will need two small hose clamps, 20 mins tops.

I believe you can fit up to a 33” tire. I have a spare 33” it barely fits.

Mine was the same, fluid was touching the tip and when heated up was at 4 on the fitzstick. I waited two days and got 7.5 quarts.
