10R80 does shift awkard when cold at times. Could be egr sensor bucking. Lot's of info in this forum.

Beware of tail gate damper folks. Quite a few of them roam these parts.

5 sec is way too long. Don't hear too much issues regarding reverse, but man these 10R80 will come back and bite Ford later down the road when more of them fail. It will expose their defects and short comings.

Might reoccur every year or so. Just repeat.

I had what you described when my transmission place installed a broken gasket/seal and the fluid level was not right.

If I remember right the blue one was the big one? Unplug it also.

B and O system? I had to unplug the amp and let it sit for a few minutes to fix this on my 2019.

In the end. Get what you need, want, or budget for. Everyone has different priorities. My tuned 2019 Lariat fit my needs and put a smile on the my face. The RR just puts a bigger one. I had all the intent to keep that 2019 for a long time but speaking for myself I'm glad I upgraded.

Yup, normal mode is very tame on the RR. Sport is where the fun starts. Also, the RR is quite heavier compared to a standard 5g.
