Got back from our break in trip with the new travel trailer...
29 footer / 24 foot box, weighs in at around 6500 lbs with tongue weight of around 675 or so. Will try to get it properly weighed in next few weeks.
The Ranger did a great job towing on I-64 west into W.V. and up US 19 to New River Gorge area.
Averaged around 10 1/2 mpg...lots of up n down grades on I-64.
Truck handled weight exceptionally well, and maintaining speed of 65 was no problem at all....had plenty in reserve to pass if needed. Rear felt a bit "squirrely" at times but I'm going to up-grade the rear shocks and order a Roadmaster Active Suspension set up which should take care of it.
