I bought the new redesigned Undercover Flex that came out in March. The Undercover website has the new info. Most online retailers haven't updated there descriptions yet. I ordered mine from Autoanything and it was shipped directly from the manufacturer and was the updated top. It now has the aluminum top and the rear seal that let's you open and close the tailgate with the cover closed like the Ultra Flex. It was easy to install and works great. On a side note AutoAnything.com has the tops 21% off this weekend when you use promo code BUN21 at checkout. The Undercover and Bakflip are both made by Truck Hero. But the Undercover has a better warranty and doesn't lean against the back of the cab when fully open. Here is a video comparing the Ultra Flex and the Bakflip MX4
They don't seem to be accepting this promo code

That makes them reputable. I can’t wait to get it...
Did your model come with the illuminated bed lights ? What powers them ?

that makes them reputable. Good for you
Does your cover have the rail lights ? What powers them ?
I bought the Flex instead of the ultra Flex. Didn't care about the extras that came with the Ultra. But I did see in a review that the LED light strips that come with the Ultra Flex are powered by a small battery pack that comes with it

Are you going to www.autoanything.com and entering the BUN21 promo code at checkou? It was only good Saturday & Sunday. So it should still work.
Looks like I was trying to order the new Armor version...their chap rep Tony helped me to decide on the MX4...just about to pull the trigger:like:

Msfitoy,

I received an email form them this morning stating that the Easter Sale was extended.
Try the code again BUN21. If not give them a call, i'm sure they will give you the discount

Do they include any additional solvents that may be needed to adhere the bulkhead seal(weatherstrip in front) ?
I have a spray in bed liner

On the Ranger it has a rail that goes over the bulkhead that raises it up to the same height as the caps on the siderails. Then the weather striping goes on top of that rail. I have a Line-x sprayed in bedliner and had no issues.

Thanks but I don’t see a rail that’s over the bulkhead. The area in question is in my attached picture. I did call the manufacturer and they told me to turn the weatherstrip upside down and install it on the cover instead of the truck

I have the BakFlip MX4 cover. There is a rail piece in the parts shipped that attaches along the top of the front edge of the box by well nuts utilizing the access holes (one right below your arrow in the picture) to secure the additional rail piece. That brings the top edge up to where the weather striping can be applied to the tail piece to make a secure seal with the rubber on the front of the tonneau cover. Simple and easy. I have the factory sprayed in bed liner as well.

Here is a picture from the inside and the outside with the rubber sealed held up so you can see the top of the bulkhead, rail, and weather strip. This is on the Undercover Flex. The rail mounts just like @MRAces said his Bakflip MX4 mounted. Undercover and Bakflip are both made by Truck Hero so they probably use a lot of the same parts like Chevy and GMC do on there trucks.
