Not sure if your aware of it, But the Bakflip and Undercover are both made by the same company Truck Hero.

They have been building this version of the Ranger in other countries since 2011. So it's not a new truck and new parts. If it was a manufacturing defect that would effect a lot of the trucks I think Ford would have caught and fixed it by now. It was probably just a one off defective part like...

You just need to loosen the two knobs at each corner of the front of the bed and adjust it.

There are a couple of holes a few inches lower on the side of the bed that will work better. The hole you have it stuck in is too high. It may not drain properly.

Here is a video showing how Ford installs the factory spray in liner and a second video showing how easy it is to remove the Ford spray in liner because they don't sand the bed before spraying. It basically peels out in large sections. This is on a 16 F150 but I assume Ford install the Ranger...

Could it be that 90% of the vehicles aren't turbo or supercharged? Ford even states on pg 137 of the owners manual 91+ is recommended for best engine performance. The new motors do have knock sensors. If they detect knocking/pinging which can damage the engine it retards the timing to protect...

I suggest you contact Undercover and ask them since it's there cover. The ArmorFlex is the same as the updated Flex except it has the LineX coating sprayed on the top to resist dents. So the installation would be the same.

Looks like you left out the shims that go between the metal bed and the plastic cap. Also looks like you overnighted the clamps. The only get tightened to 10 ft pounds which isn't very tight.

You don't have to cut it all the way around. But you do have to cut the liner at the front of the bed on each side so the rails can slide all the way forward. That's not just the Undercover but all of the covers that have the rails that clamp onto the side. On a side note, BAK is offering a...

I noticed the discolored driver door panel before taking delivery. Dealer swapped it with a good one off another Ranger they had on the lot while we waited. No issues since bring it home 4/5/19. 900 miles so far.

Has anyone found a way to seal the area around the hinges at the bottom corners? I still see light thru that area and dont see a way to seal it.
