We don't get many dust storms here in the west valley the really large ones you see on the news come from the east. There's more open land and they pick up speed there before hitting the cities. But we do have fine dust in the air all the time so if you always leave your vehicle outside it'll eventually look like that. Heck even garaged I have to run a California duster over mine every 4-5 days to get the fine dust off it.

I was thinking after the Ford's favorite color thread, you saber guy's are trying to convert us velocity blue guy's ?:bandit:
Naw, I have a soft spot for blue, (don't tell @Friday yet? ?) the Velocity blue was my second choice. It was a tough decision when I bought mine because they had two Rangers both optioned the same in Saber and VB.

When I bought mine they had a grey xlt and this xl stx. I had enough grey when I was in the navy so the blue won even though it has less options. I,m darn happy with my decision though

and keep your Tornadoes in Missouri, eh?

best,
Phil
No kidding! A few years back we happened to get one while I was living west of Seattle (other side of the water), turns out it was the only area in WA that has ever seen tornadoes (historically, still very rare) and we happened to get one that touched down within a mile of my apartment... was not appreciated :p

White vehicles show that dust the least and that's why the truck and van are white.
I have a picture of one of the only tornadoes near Kingman ever and don't want another. Picture or tornado.
