I still regret turning it in - 2010 with 19,000 miles and 10 years worth of upgrades. I did get a heck of a trade in, though. Someday, I'll learn.
The numbers were $13K-$15K for something nice with 60K-70K miles. I saw two with less than 30K original miles and perfect condition like yours for $18K!
As nice as your truck was, I just can't pay over say $14K for a 10 year old truck.

Got to admit, I'm addicted to red trucks. This is the 2010 I traded in.

Gorgeous truck, you obviously maintained it very well, was it a 4.0 OHC? How'd that engine work out for you? My '00 was a 4.0 OHV, a torquey little engine, but requesting for more power from it above 4K rpm only resulted in needless thrashing of metal...lol.

I wish they had a dark blue
I'm with you 100% bud, with our luck Ford will offer it on the next Gen Ranger.
Some time ago, on special ordered vehicles, Ford would allow the buyer to specify a color from another line of vehicles they offered.
I did just that for my Mother's '78 Mercury Colony Park which was finished in a stunning dark gold metallic color exclusive to Lincoln's.

Mine is Ingot Silver and the only ones I've seen driving around are also ingot silver so it must be more popular then the votes suggest.

I picked silver for the thermal heat-reflecting properties, and I think silver is best at dirt-hiding.

I live on a dusty dirt road in sunny, sunny, New Mexico, silver is the best at reflecting heat and good at hiding dust. I also like that only about 5% of Rangers are silver according to this poll. Every hillbilly and his dog have grey or blue Rangers.

The 2010 ranger I had for about a year and I hated it but my 2019 Ranger is great and I love it,
All the other fords I like too and their mpgs were better and the rides were much better also
and of all the fords I have owned cars and trucks this 2019 Ranger is the absolute best all around in performance and ride.
Sorry for being negative about my 2010 Ranger and glad y'all liked yours.

Wow. that truck should have been a keeper. You really don't know what you get in trade unless they cut you a check for it. That's what i did when i traded a 4runner a few years ago. I asked him for a check to pay for the 4runner since it was paid off i wanted 36000 and that's what they gave me a check. Then I made the deal on the next vehicle. I told him I would not combine one deal out of two. That's the way I usually handle all my trade-in so I know exactly what I'm getting. especially if they offer you a highball price for it. You never know what you're really getting for your vehicle when you trade it in. I hope they gave you overbook because that truck is worth well over book

I would have gone with Lightning Blue but I couldn't find one with the right options and packages. My wife's SUV is orange so that was out of the question. But I am very pleased with Magnetic. With the matching wheels it just looks gorgeous!

Agreed. If there was a green one, I probably would've gotten that one. Depending on the shade of course. But it at least would've made me have to think a lot about it.
I actually found the window sticker on my old 94, the color was called "Cayman Green"...forest green came in later years. There were two green options for 94's Cayman and Calypso green.
