Congratulations on this high quality trailer, especially fiberglass!2021 Escape 19. Mine is 3850 dry, up to 5000 loaded. These are semi custom, so dry weights can vary quite a bit. Pulled it home on a ball. Have an Equalizer WDH to set up soon.

Our trailer is similar. #3900 dry. We use WDH and have a Ford Trailer braking system. We always use interstate and do not have an issue driving on the interstate. We tend to go between 55 to 65 mph, pending on weather and road conditions. Our MPG range from 10 to 18, pending weather and road conditions as well. What were the problems on the Interstate? I am looking at a similar trailer. MPG? Too much sway? Or not enough power? Thanks
That' a nice looking rig. It even matches! On the way home to Maine after 5 months on the road. About 3500lbs fully loaded. At 65 mph I get about 14-15 mpg. I use a Ford installed Redarc brake controller and a standard ball hitch without any sway control, no issues at all (knock on wood!).![]()
Yes, I think it's very similar to the R-Pod. 16' overall, camper itself is about 13', almost the same length as the R-Pod.That' a nice looking rig. It even matches!
It looks like it would compare closely in size and towability to the regular R-Pod which I had in mind in my earlier comments on another thread.
