All good until you find out Travel Link doesn’t work and you no longer have the traffic overlay on the map.

It's weird that some people had this issue with the last update from a few months ago to V21020 and some didn't. When I did that update I didn't lose the Sirius Travel Link but I did have the issue where Sirius would not play or allow me to change the channel until I did a soft reboot. I am downloading V21098 right now and will run the install on my way home from work this afternoon. Hopefully it all goes well and fixes that issue.

I have been on this build for a couple of months now. Updated it with Cyanlabs and the only issue I have had is have had is bluetooth connection how it plays audio in Android Auto is now a tad bit flaky at times. It only does this if I shut the truck off with the phone connected and come back a few min later and restart it. When I do the truck/phone will start dropping and reconnecting to bluetooth and puts the connection notice up each time. There's also a change in streaming audio quality when it does this because I have AA set to not use wireless audio.

Does anyone know what has changed from version 21020? Minor undisclosed fixes?

Ford is notoriously vague with Sync system update release notes.

Good morning! Got in my Ranger this morning to go to work and the infotainment screen was dead. First thought was…did a chip die? My brother had that happen on his Nautilus. Very next thought was… maybe it’s updating. Truck operated fine, so went on to work. Left two hours later due to work being slow. When I first got in truck, nothing. Screen still dead. As I started to drive off, it came up! Everything seems to be working great so far. Have I ever said how much I REALLY like this Ranger?! It never disappoints!

Downloaded, xferd to usb, installed, ok, but lost all XMSerius subscriptions other than radio.
XM support says is a known problem with Ford Rangers and their troubleshooting says to do a 'Master Reset'.
I know that'll lose me my dozen favorites in NAV that'll I'll have to type in again, a real PITA, so I'm going to wait to see if it'll work itself out over time.
SOMEBODY at FORD and XM really needs to get together to figure out the conflict.
This update breaking stuff that was working nonsense, to this customer, is getting pretty old.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen traffic overlay on the map. I personally don’t need that, but I can see where some people living in high traffic areas might.

I've noticed mine gives a GPS error on the map every time now. It tracks along the map, but shows GPS with a slash through it. I thought Ford couldn't make 21020 worse, but apparently they've proven me wrong. Now Travellink and GPS are broken.... ?

mine updated and people can't hear me when connected to CarPlay. Fine over Bluetooth. This issue was resolved for me in the last build, but has returned.

I did an Update Software this morning and magically Travel Link is working now. Not sure for how long.

Not just Ford Rangers lol. Any Ford running Sync 3.4. The are people on the F150, Edge, and Explorer forums having the same issue.
