I have the bilstein 5100's and I'm happy with them. Handle great on and off road.

The other 3 have adjustable leveling options without adding springs that I didn't find with OME. Also, OME is at a higher price point that may not fit the "that won't break the bank" part. :)
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that came with King shocks and they were really nice. I couldn't justify the price difference for my usage enough to go out and buy them. Some can, just not for me.

Another vote for the Eibach! I had them set at 3" on my '19 and loved the way they handled. Super smooth over bumps and keeps the rear end from wallowing all over the place. 1000% better than stock especially the junk Fx4 shocks!

Another bonus to the Eibach kit, you can adjust the height of the front with them still on the truck.
Yep, this is also true if you go for the stage 2/2.0 kit. The stage 1 kit uses a snap ring to set the height of the spring perch, so you'll be disassembling if you change your mind.

edit: Another recommendation to improve the Ranger's ride is to replace the terrible rear leaf springs with either the Tremor leaf springs or the overseas Ranger Wildtrak leaf springs. I installed a set of Wildtrak leaf springs, and it was a night and day ride quality improvement on the rear.

I got the Truxxx 1.5" level for about $100. Quality product, I had their lift on my old Sport Trac.
They have 2.5" and 3.5" too. The higher you go the more like you will encounter other issues like needing aftermarket UCA's.
Had to spend about $350 to get it installed and alignment. Tried and failed to get the struts out myself.
Pro tip: It ain't as easy as the YouTube videos make it look.

I have a tremor and I want the wildtrak leaf pack. Somewhere on here (I think) someone swapped out the tremor leaf pack and put in the wildTrak leaf pack and said it was nicer.. so for the op maybe just go for the wildtrak pack over looking for the tremors. (Wish I could recall the post that had the comparison, but I can’t remember.)
