The Splash name is terrible. Maybe the worst vehicle name ever, and I owned a Susuki Foreskin, er, I mean Suski Forsa, lol. (3 cyl, 1.0L, 49 HP).

I'd have to replace the Splash with an Archer inspired SPLOOSH!

IIRC Phil said marketing chose the name and a bunch of execs voted on it it.

The only time I was in your state was in that car. In 87 we drove from Hamilton, Ontario to Hartford to see Pink Floyd, then to Providence to see them again 2 days later. Then up through Mass, NH, Maine, and back into Canada though NB and onto PEI for a few weeks before returning home.

My gf at the time, got lippy with the border agent coming back into Canada and was taken for deeper investigation, lol.

the company golf tournament pics are a good place to start......too many beers, too much sun......

Reminds me of a time I was in Munich. We were visiting a large company there trying to sell them a very expensive piece of kit. One of the executives of the company was a member of a very exclusive golf club outside Munich and invited us to play a round on him.

As it turns out when we arrived, the course was closed as another member who owned an ad agency had reserved the course for a day to host his customers in a fun tourney.

Most of the people attending had never played golf. I don't think there is anything more entertaining than a hundred southern Germans, most of which were three sheets to the wind, who don't play golf, playing in a golf tourney. Absolutely priceless.
