And here I almost feel every 5k on the Ranger is too soon. I am sure I could go further without issue, but I like the nice round interval and it helps keeps a nice rotation schedule on the tires.
While I dislike being constantly monitored, I have seen a lot of people that don't move when the light changes. They are on their phone and otherwise ditstracted, and have no idea the light changed. Then they have to be honked at to bring them back to reality.

Senate Bill 777 bans the Carolina Squat modification on Virginia highways, specifying that within the absolute minimum and maximum heigh ranges, the height of the front bumper cannot be more than four inches greater than the height of the rear bumper.
I saw an F150 this weekend on the way to Smithfield, Va with a stupid Carolina squat. It didn't look safe at all. Every time he hit the slightest bump, the front wheels wobbled side to side. Looked totally amateurish.
I think NC is where a kid got killed because a truck with the Carolina squat...
This was my major concern. I have used oiled filters before with no issue, but when I noticed oil drops coming right off after oiling, it gave me cause for concern. Is it a genuine concern? Maybe not. But it is somthing I don't worry about any more with the AEM dry filter.
