Just a heads up. It's the width that gets you into the crash bars not the height. My 33"s reside on stock wheels and all crashbars are intact because they're skinny.

There's plenty of times I use 4hi at high speeds. Mostly interstate travel in light snow/ice type situations. The type of stuff where an Auto or AWD option would be helpful. I try to keep it around 65ish though at max.

Everybody seems to think 4hi is necessary for traction but I really don't think we need it THAT much. Proper modulation of your two feet and two pedals with AdvanceTrak off and locker on can hook up pretty damn good in these trucks. Even on A/T tires.

The transmission shift logic is geared towards mileage and lugs the motor. Drive in Tow, Sport, or get a tune is the only way to fix it. Also tow will probably get you better MPG.
