Also towing a 100miles could help... ASS may not work with lights on. Battery is likely not cooked but it's medium so to speak.. yeah run another long cycle recovery on your noco. Might need some TLC ... There is a ton of info on this site and there are tons of observations/opinions with BMS disconnect, desulferators, battery recovery and so forth. I have a 4.5y old battery and been through a few low voltage warnings. ASS was working on Tuesday when I last drove it. Tend to run the NOCO every three or four months. On average, it seems with this truck, not addressing battery issues you replace battery every three years or so... Addressing battery issues and tradeoffs like disconnecting the BMS or not to extend battery life at the loss of ASS/gas mileage and performance might get you to 5y. Trucks haven't been around long enough to know if an onboarding desulferator with a disconnected BMS will result in a longer battery life expectancy...it really comes down to how often you want to swap out your batteries the BMS sensor naturally degrades battery lifespan unless you take action to protect the battery from Fords battery management logic
