Hello. I have read through previous posts and know I have to reset the BMS. I have a BlueDriver, but I’m not sure that’s what’s needed. I need to know exactly what to do with a scan tool and without to clear the light the have the windows working. Thanks.

You should turn off the truck and lock it with the windows up for at least 8 hours. That is from the owners manual.

What DTC codes do you have?

The driver's side window needs to be reset using a procedure found in the owner's manual:
Bounce-Back
The window automatically stops and
reverses some distance if it detects an
obstacle when closing.
Resetting the Bounce-Back Feature
Note: The bounce-back feature remains
turned off until you reset the memory.
If you disconnect the battery, you must
reset the bounce-back memory separately
for each window.
1. Lift and hold the switch until you fully
close the window.
2. Release the switch.
3. Lift the switch again for one second.
4. Press and hold the switch until you fully
close the window.
5. Release the switch.
6. Lift and hold the switch until you fully
close the window.
7. Open the window and then try to close
it automatically.
8. Reset and repeat the procedure if the
window does not close automatically.

Make sure that all connections were reinstalled on the battery bus work. There is a small wire that plugs onto the positive battery terminal buswork (underneath the bus), make sure that didn't get unplugged.

To reset the BMS (battery management system) when a new battery is installed:

To reset the BMS on a 2019+ Ranger turn the Key On then operate the high beams 5 times, then press the Brake pedal 3 times and confirm BMS reset by flashing battery light on the dash.

Also, check that you didn't blow the 225 amp alternator fuse bolted to the positive battery terminal bus.

Yes - Check the 225-Amp Fuse - not just a visual but check for voltage on both sides or pull it off and verify its intact.
Plus check the (cable) end connection from 225 Amp Fuse down to the (Alternator) and the (Connector - Lin Bus) on the Alternator for security

Plus also ensure Connector (B) is secure to the BMFL
