is a truck still needed? I live an hour away. Just got my ranger this year

I hope I never see a Ranger like this. Seen at Charlotte, NC Taco Bell about a week ago. I’m not talking as much about how low it is, but the excessive negative camber and tires now with a 2000 mile tread life.
