Love the two door hardtops. I plan to put in an order for one with the manual transmission later this year. Just have to settle on a trim package. I really like the comfort of the vinyl trimmed seats in my tremor XLT, so the equivalent would be nice.

You just ordered a Bronco and are excited for it?

I was right there with you when I reserved mine TWO YEARS ago.

I think it's cute that you think you'll get it soon.
Hey, "Debbie Downer Doug".... Come on, keep a positive attitude and maybe it will come in for you sometime soon. I hope to get ours maybe in a year. If not, the wife & I will happily wait! Not a big deal. We have a lot to be thankful for and we are both very blessed! In the meantime, we will enjoy the Ford's we have!
And yes, you are correct, I am cute for an old scoot, that's what you meant, right?  :question:

Played! Played like a violin.
Just kidding around a bit today. However, I put it in the "other vehicle" section and never mentioned trading the Ranger in. My wife's Explorer is really a nice SUV and is actually a 4WD. However, when she said she loved the Area 51 color and wanted the Bronco, I thought I would put in an order before she changed her mind! I hope my kidding around with this thread did not hurt your feelings as it was done in jest. But the Bronco order is real and maybe it will come in before I actually expect it! Take care Duke!!!

I prefer to keep a realistic attitude. Not trying to piss in your Wheaties, but your ride has just begun. Luckily for me my Bronco baby was an early term abortion.

By the time yours comes in hopefully the ADMs and teething problems have subsided.

Not sure I'd say cute. Freakishly handsome maybe.

I'm waiting for the '23 order banks to open back up and will be switching dealers too. I can't keep waiting at Granger as they had so many orders I'll be old and senile (quiet out there! ?) before it comes in. So hopefully sometime next year.?
I'm in the same boat with Chapman. I'm so far down on the list it will probably be a 2024.

I did actually place a second order with another dealer with the intention of buying that one and driving it until my Chapman order got pulled. If it happend to come first. That order was placed at the end of January and was built in April. Unfortunately the deal fell through so I had to walk.

Don't know Steve. The dealer said it might be a 2023. I asked the same question and they said they would let me know if there is going to be any problem with the order, however they advised they did not think so...
They probably just took your order and will place it when the order banks open back up. Which will most definitely make it a 23.

We'd both have them by now IF Ford stayed with their original plan of going by your reservation timestamp. I'll be moving my order to a local dealer I dealt with (and my buddy just got this through) back east. I spoke with the owner and he's confident I'll get it through him as he has plenty of allocations. ? I'll lose my invoice pricing and the $2.000 off Granger special. If Ford doesn't extend the price protection past 2023 those increase will be a lot more than that so it's worth the gamble.

Good luck Phil. I ordered mine the same time Dave @AzScorpion did. I bought a Jeep to to play with to tie me over. It looks like that Jeep will be completely worn out by the time that Bronco arrives. Of course I've stuck with my guns, and haven't dropped any of the restrained options i.e. steering wheel, tires etc. lol So, one day maybe.........

However, it is all about dealer allocation. Hopefully your dealer has enough that yours won't be lost on purgatory like mine.

LOL!!! Heck, I am realistic too. The dealership advised that they had some come in early, in about 6 months, and some that they are still waiting on. Guess it is a crap shoot if yours shows up early or not. No big deal like I mentioned before. And BTW, I had Frosted Flakes, not Wheaties yesterday and didn't notice any bad taste...LOL!!!! Keep smiling Doug, life is too short to do otherwise :like:

Thanks Jim! Sorry yours has not shown up yet. In the meantime, hopefully your Jeep is giving you some fun and enjoyment! What year and type of Jeep did you get? The nice thing is that Jeeps seem to hold their value well :D

Sounds great. I ordered the 2dr white Badlands with the 2.7 and the high package. That has the 12" screen and the 360 cameras but not the ACC (I don't like it in my Ranger) which is in the Lux. I got to drive one last October off road for about an hour and they're great off road plus I really like the marine grade vinyl. You'll definitely have to post some pictures once you get it.
Guys, both versions sound great and very tempting. Be sure to let us know how you like them when you finally (?) take delivery, with full pics, naturally!

Dave, when I finally got my window sticker it had the $200 extra for destination and the $400 increase on base price. when I called my salesman he told me that Ford was honoring all prices on existing orders and on a,d,x,z plans. When mine came in last week and I picked it up all the numbers matched when we did the paperwork. Hopefully Ford honors all orders the same.

Thanks Rick and glad you got the discounts, the Bronco is a little different. With the Bronco the price protection is only through 2023 unless Ford decides to extend it. So everyone that had their original order in won't see any increases for 2022 & 2023 but starting in 2024 it could go to that years price which is substantially more. Because of the high inflation now I doubt Ford will extend this past next year. Glad to see you're really loving your Ranger, it was worth the wait. :like:
