It depends on how busy they are but usually 2-3 days. Give them a call after you send your stock tune just to make sure they got it and everything's good. Then ask if they can give you a VIP rush on it. ?
I called today and spoke with Anthony (I had screwed up my email address).. He said 24 to 48 hours. Very personable guy, that Anthony. Gave me a quick run-down on how to install the tune.

I spoke with him too after loading my factory tune, he's very helpful and walked me through everything. His direct extension is 103 if you need to get ahold of him again but everyone there is very helpful too.

Good to know! Excited to get mine programmed. Mainly for the trans shifts sake, bugs the hell out of me sometimes lol. The extra power is just a bonus

I searched but couldn't find an answer to another question that has come to my mind:

Does the Tow button do anything after the tune is installed?

IOW, if I am running the 87 Performance tune, pressing the Tow button is no longer sufficient for towing as I would still need to switch to the Tow tune.

I would guess it would still activate the "trailer radar" mode and such, but is the button otherwise no longer useful?

Does the button still do its functions with the Ford Performance tune?

I got mine shortly after @AzScorpion just because I had just recently bought my truck (er, ahem OUR truck). Had about 1k miles when I tuned and have been working on my driving skills as the tune and I are getting use to how I drive and the way it wants to.

Basically, with my setup, it drives like an H.O. slot car and I am thrilled and I want to mash the pedal all the time and blow away CRX's and Taco's and Big Chevy's and other percieved or actual challengers.

Made a 200 mile run today and it "seems" to get from 60 to 90 just as fast as effortlessly as it does from 0 to 60.......just zippy ? (91 octane tune).

Only downside, it tends to lead to another required mod - tailgate damper.?

Got my tunes today. Wait time was 24 hours. Very good. Installed them on the MyCal Tuner. Tomorrow I will try them out on the Ranger.

I did a couple of tests - one was a Honda Blackout Ridgeline that wanted to prove something, except he never left a light ahead of my truck and the second involved a BMW that thought he'd take out a line of cars in a two lane stop by rolling at speed to the light in one lane. Well, two lanes become one and he didn't get there first (this one broke laid a little scratch). That ended my "testing" cause I don't need no stink'n tickets, but I did smile like a teenager again lol!!
Gear changes are hard, but not unexpected and not overly so. I wonder how the soft shift will be , but not yet. Gas mileage jumped up, but I was hitting the highway so I can't exactly say it was the tune (went from 17+ to 23+ highway time was one trip a day, short miles) Haven't checked today.

But seat of the pants says it's at least 1.5 to 2 times the launch of standard drive to me. Hits all the gears and just pulls from 0 to 60 faster than anything I've ever ridden except a motorcycle and that is close!!
I've been running the 91 to 93 soft shift for about two months and it's very smooth. If I need to rip it I just put it in sport mode and get my grins per mile out of my system. ?

So I think my ecu is bricked. Went to go back to stock for maintenance and failed the load. Now keeps failing ecu recovery. Truck won't start....

So got it to work luckily. It took about 10 times for it to take the flash. Kinda weird, first time iv had it happen to me ?‍♂. Everything seems to be working fine.

That's good! It could've just been a glitch but you have to make sure you follow the direction completely. I make sure no one is in the truck with me so they can't touch anything. Everything unplugged and radio off and do not open the door. Also make sure it's plugged in all the way,I know it sounds obvious but sometimes the end isn't all the way into the ODB port. :)

Glad you got it to work. I've had it fail a couple of times and scared the shit out of me. If it happens again don't try to start it just let it keep retrying to flash the tune. Livernois recommended to me when I called with the issue to make sure all accessories are off (instructions say this too), including your phone's Bluetooth (not sure why). Also, it is a good idea to make sure you have just driven it so the motor is warm and battery charged when you restart (this is just my recommendation)

And I also second everything AzScorpion said above

Maybe I could get a mini damper implant. Then I'd gain an extra 30 seconds.:lipssealed:

Installed my tune today. Picked the 91-93 soft shift one. Really like it. Pretty much drives like normal until you want more, then "wow".
