I am happy for several years now with the catted SPD. Holding up well
Really flows nice and good sound on startup then it quiets down
Helps with towing. Truck is also tuned, intercooler, other mods
OP-
The ACC you described is normal, could use refinement. However, show the chart the others posted to your daughter so she understands there is some level of adjustment
Regarding the ASS, weak battery likely the culprit. However, there are several parameters in which it will not engage...
OP- Try the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. My experience is very similar to your original post/story
Should get you the look and traction you want without all the extra weight of the KO2
Nitto and Toyo are sister companies
I am running the CFM Performance valve cover vent with no catch can
Every 500 or so miles I change the wrist-sized sweatband I have over the filter. Keeps everything clean and $10 for a 24 pack on Amazon
IMO, just wipe it occasionally and forget about it
I went through the hoopla at the dealer with my brand new ranger in 2019. Same issue. They "tightened" it. No difference
Other than it's a bit annoying, no issues. I tow or off road about once a month and just recently changed the rear...
Specifically, that is the old design spacer by Rough Country. They have an upgraded design now
I ran it for awhile on/off road no issues before the kings were installed. But I am in CA, no rust, that looks gnarly though
