You again? The Amsoil salesman weighing in on an Amsoil thread.?Then why do some of the Dealerships sell it ? The API approved OE and XL line.
Not meant to be a snarky question. ? Not to mention when guys bring the oil in to the dealership to have them put Amsoil in and there is no warranty issues or threats that there warranty would be void if.
To answer your question: They, dealerships, sell it because they aren't following Ford specifications. The specifications in the Owners Manual. The specifications that ensure you don't void your warranty.
You see Dealerships do a lot of things not specified by Ford. Because they aren't owned by Ford.
