Let's say hypothetically that on your recent trip to Colorado that you got a rock chip on the front of your hood. And let's say hypothetically that you royally botched your touch-up job really badly (hypothetically). Well as the saying goes: if you can't fix it, hide it! Introducing the Fix Or Repair Daily Aeroskin II Tremor Edition hood deflector! What makes it a Tremor Edition? Why, the go faster red accenting of course! That totally wasn't just plastidipped on by a guy who doesn't know what he's doing (hypothetically).

Do all those hypotheticals cancel out?

Hypothetically it is a creative solution.

Hypothetically, no, they do not. But, that’s just hypothetical.

Started the Bilsteins 5100 front install. I’ve done numerous struts before but this one flat out whipped my rear. The previous owner had a leveling kit on and that was coming off. They obviously pulled the cv in half because it had a hose clamp on the boot and old grease all over everything. Got the drivers side out and the cv came apart doing so. That when the real fun began. Got the full shaft pulled and did some clean up on it. Had some actual cv boot clamps so got that fixed. What was missing was the c-clip. Now I know why it pulled apart. Luckily I had and old cv shaft from an atv lying around and it was perfect fit. So it went on and now shaft back together like it’s supposed to be. Took about 4.5 hours for one side. I’m not looking forward to tomorrows but it’s next.

What's a bummer is when you go out to your truck, and start driving, and everything is blurry.....then you remember your wearing your reading glasses and forgot to put your prescription distance glasses on....:inspect:
I didn't get glasses until last year, and I can already relate to this way too much. Luckly my distance issue is really mild and only in my right eye, so I can just remove the readers.

Worn glasses since 5th grade, then had to have cataract surgery few years ago. Now distance is great but need reader for up close. Sunglasses have built in readers for driving.

I wore glasses since 2nd grade, extremely nearsighted. Finally needed to have cataract surgery. Finally after retiring I was able to get the corrective lenses requirement off of my drivers license. Only need cheaters for close work and reading. Good enough to drive without. Yeah, for cool looking sunglasses.

Pretty much the same for me. Glasses since 8th grade. I opted for the Pan-Optic lenses that work good up close too. I can read, see my see my dash, and most normal daily things. They do have some limits but all in all I like them.

Edit. BTW don't you love cheap sunglasses? One of the first things I did after surgery was a new pair of Shady Rays. ?

Finished the passenger side bilstein strut this morning. It was a piece of cake. Maybe an hour after last nights driver side debacle. Anyways when pulling back into garage I heard a grinding in the drivers side, so after passenger side I decided to tear the drivers side back down. The cv shaft that was missing the c-clip that I thought I repaired did not turn out so well. Shaft pulled in half again. I guess during backing up and approach into the garage (driveway has multiple angles and turning)and this time wiped out the splines. New shaft ordered. A week out so it sits and I drive its big brother diesel. Fun times.

I have no idea how I missed reading this post all this time, but of course as soon as I read it I had to have it!!

I installed the Perimiter Plus system yesterday, due to some of the comments I did not know if it was going to plug and pray, fortunately it was plug and play!

I installed the LED on the Tremor upfitter switch panel (I extended the wires about 16").

I had Lasik about a month ago. So glad to not need glasses anymore (other than readers).

First thing I did was call Shady Rays to replace my prescription sunglasses with non (part of their warranty), then I went into the store and bought another pair.

For the last decade my sunglasses have run $200-$400. I'm all about cheap sunglasses these days.

Finally installed my redarc brake controller! Easy peasy. The hard part was cutting off the stupid honeycomb ridges on the bottom of the plastic part of the middle console so the knob would sit flush and firm.
