Nice. I've been putting that job off, because it's going to be a PITA, and I have a few other jobs to finish while I procrastinate over the fenders. I'm very much hoping to do it with no welding or additional material, just cutting away to fit around the snorkel, and using some trim to fill the gap.Worked on my fender flares today. I got these from @OFC Ranger and I'm having to shape them around my front bumper and snorkel. This required cutting huge chunks out of the flares and then forming plastic to fill in the missing parts. I bonded the plastic fillers pieces with plastic weld putty, as well as plastic weld. A little sanding and now they're almost ready for primer and truck bed liner.

On a side note, I haven't been very active around here because I stopped getting emails from the forum. That's how I always ended up on the forum posting.I've never blocked the or reported the forum as spam, and I even whitelisted the "[email protected]" email address. And I'm still not getting emails from the forum. Any ideas, folks?
