What’s your favourite (non-tailgate damper) mod you’ve done, for under $100?

I have the MTM full grill and it does NOT affect the adaptive cruise control at all.
And, you don't have to take your front end apart....simple attachment in less than 5 minutes.

Leather wrapped my steering wheel--definitely up there among my favorites along with my internal tailgate release latch
Ok, that looks epic, you need to help us all out with some more info here please!

Source, cost, time, does it feel as good as it looks?

https://www.eastdetailing.com/ you can get a kit here--they can be made to your specifications, but they have a several week lead time. Taking the airbag and wheel off to do this is a PITA! Expect to have sore fingers and blisters. Took me about 3-4hrs. But yes, it feels as nice as it looks if you like chunky steering wheels! I have an XL, so its the thin polyurethane wheel. IDK if the XLT leather wrapped wheel will feel nice with another layer of leather over top. I think I paid around 70 bucks?

Thanks for that. I've been seeing their ads EVERYWHERE and wondered if anyone real ever tried them. I guess for that kind of money, it's probably worth trying it now. Thanks again for the info!

The instructions show you don't need to take the steering wheel/airbag off?

Also, is the stitching pattern straight forward? Or is it something you figure out as you go?

They have 2 rows pre stitched for you and you're just tying those rows together. Just a simple zig-zag, that part is easy. You won't be able to tuck the leather under the plastic trim and switches without removing the airbag, so at that point you might as well take the whole wheel off, rather than sit in your car for hours and kill your back hunched over the wheel!
