What’s your favourite (non-tailgate damper) mod you’ve done, for under $100?

I have many mods under $100 but I'll start with a few:

1-6" LED bar lights inside of Ford Perf lower grill slots...I use them as DRL
2-Custom fit Oracal red vinyl "Tremor" grill inserts
3-DIY Raptor amber lights
4-Slider running lights
5-Rear triple red LED center markers

Nice truck, I have thought about the grille lights and running board Lights but have not pulled the trigger on them. Moreso the running board lights, I think adds to the appearance.
The grille lights for me, I like but would prefer adding the running board lights over the Grille.

I am sure it posted somewhere here but what brand of the running board lights are those?

My most used and most useful mod is incredibly trivial, but it makes a huge difference for my use of Soupie:

Soft Loops!

Next under $100 thing are self-retracting straps. These are light duty and the self-retracting part is great. You do need to blow them clean and lube them lightly to keep them going strong. $50 when I got them and today they are $55.

about $30 for 12 of them, they are now all doubled on each of the 6 tie-downs

easier ratchet action by taking them away from the bed sides

pull them out before loading up brush and I can select the fist or second loop for easy ratchet placement and use

only for holding in place, not strapping in very heavy or precarious loads, you can get much stronger ones if you need more capacity

These kayak/canoe straps that I had on my previous vehicle. They're meant to go under the hood, and can stick out to provide you with options for tying off large roof-mounted loads like canoes & kayaks when you don't have any tie-off points on the front of the vehicle. I got two sets, because I didn't have any accessible tie-off points in the rear either, so had these attached to the frame, and would come out under the rear bumper when I had to tie off from the rear.

Now, they're attached to the side of the bed with maillons (same that I used for them under the rear bumper) and provide four points to loop the bungee cord that keeps my jerry can secure, without making it overly complicated to release when I need it. I'd have to call that combination my best low-cost mod.

Second would be that cargo ratchet bar (it's placed lower now) to keep those two bins from sliding around, and then I'd have to go with the sunshield; only gets used in the summer, but it makes a huge difference to how stifling the inside is on a bright sunny day.

It was my very first mod. The bezel for the key cylinder which Ford neglected to make and install. Looked so unfinished and made me happy for 10 bucks!
