It's not even worth putting in these little port holes we have. Between this truck and my last one I've never used it once. Would love one like this, it's actually useful.

That little porthole might be small but I bet you there are still some crackheads out there that can fit through it.

Well y'all should. Use it all the time.
My husband doesn’t want me to open it. Says it will never seal back just right.?‍♀ I don’t rock the boat.

The only thing the rear window is good for is cleaning your bed. Open it go down the highway and everything in the bed gets sucked out....

...Into the cab ?

But back on topic. Where does the other end of the string go?
Before someone else says it
The damper!

I’m with you. 16,000 miles on my Lariat and haven’t opened the rear window yet, not even to test it.
Oh, I beat you, I opened and closed it once when I first got the truck.

Is it just me, or do you all find the sliding rear window seal to look a bit sketchy? At some places around the widow, the seal doesn’t appear to be flat or even touching the window. It really looks like a leak waiting to happen, yet I haven’t noticed any leaking.
