George, it was tricky, not knowing how much the material would stretch around corners. Controlling heat and squeegeeing the wrinkles was a challenge, The second light came out better but with the hood closed all gaps were hidden!

Agreed, the hose prevents the clutch from rotating, but I wonder how long ago my hose broke and relied on the wires providing anti-rotation! Think I caught it in time and now fixed!

Ditto on zip tying the wires to hold them away from the fan in the case of hose failure! With 45k on my '21 Ranger, I found my hose cracked and off on the engine side. Repaired with 3/8" fuel line. Good as new!

Thanks for the replies! Spoke to the performing service dept and agreed prob was over filled. Clear water drip was prob red herring, had not seen condensate drip for a while and maybe unplugged at random time.

Looks like maybe just over filled by dealer.
