Thanks!

Did you do anything to the crash bars?

I am debating tire sizes, etc. and I like the look of a little extra sidewall. I wanted to go wider, but do not want to really deal with all the issues that go with that and an increase in height, so I am looking at either stock size (265/60/18) or a taller (31.5") 265/65/18.

no crash bars the only this i did was the leveling kit and the +25 offset, if your keeping the factory rims you may need spacer's

I was thinking of at least 1/4" spacers anyway. Thanks for the response.

I just got some 265/70R17 BFG All Terrain KO2's installed. Stock rims and no lift, but I'm still really pleased with the look and the quiet ride. Here are some pics .

No clearance issues with the mudflaps, etc?

I haven't heard any noises when turning and I just looked and I don't see any wear/scuff marks on the mudflaps. I purchased OEM Ranger mudflaps from an eBay Ford Dealer and installed them myself. Other brands of mudflaps may have different clearance. I like the look and I'm hoping my side steps stay a bit cleaner next winter.

Same here, but they are close to black until the sunlight hits them. I asked a paint shop how much to paint them black and they said about $400 depending on the paint and process. He recommended powder coating which was about $500. I do not know if that is a good or bad deal. I do not know much about it.

Actually for decent powder coating that they would put some kind of guarantee on, I think $500 is reasonable. Of course if Ford would just offer them in black... They do on offer black versions of some Mustang wheels.

Think I’ve decided on that size tire. Looking for something not quite as aggressive looking. Anyone care to post pics if they have this size? On oem wheels if possible.
these are the tires on the tremor package
