I took my 2020 4x2 XLT to the dealership to order my new 2022 4x4 Lariat 501A w/ tow package. I am going from Magnetic gray to Race Red too.

I added them mostly for a more aggressive appearance. Also, I wanted a little more clearance from the spindle. These wheels are 17x8.5 vs stock 17x8. I think they will clear without spacers but it would be too close for my comfort. As for the crash bars, I think I am closer with the spacers...

According to Uhaul the trailer has automatic hydraulic surge brakes and wired with a 4-pin flat connector. I assume that means I do not need a 7-pin adapter. I think read somewhere on here that all of our trucks have a 4-pin already. I need to look next time I go outside.

Maybe a little rub on the crash bars. It varies from truck to truck and tire to tire. I recommend loosening the fronts and pushing them forward just to be safe. I had to do this with 265/70/17 but I have 1.5” spacers so ?.
