Was same for me. My service Manger has that personality that he so busy and everything you tell him is like the frist time he has ever heard of that issue(even if it's a flat tire?). But they did great work and once the tech told him about the problem he did started you act like he cared a bit. I dont think the service manager are really at the dealer are trained much in the field as they are in management type training. Could be wrong. As long as they take care of your issue, thats what counts. Good-luck. Let us know if they change the fuel pump.
