Looks Stellar! I was contemplating those rims on my stock truck as well with 265/70 but was worried about the extra rim width. Thanks for confirming!

Is your load C or E KO2s? Also where did you order your raptor wheels from?
You can get the Raptor wheel here on eBay.

Thank you! They are E only because I wanted the 3 ply sidewalls and I think they ride great. Got the wheels at Summit Racing. They were the cheapest to begin with and then they had another $50 off for Black Friday. I think I got them with all 4 TPMS and the tool for $770.

Hi Levimac. For reference could you post what your offset was on your wheels. Just trying to figure out tire and wheel combo that are ideal for our trucks.
Okay, the tires I have are the 245/70/17 maxxis big horn MT load range D , the wheels are ultra nemesis 17x9 6-135.5/5.5 and the offset is +18mm and the back space is5.7 ", according to the manager at Les Schwab tire store in Ontario Oregon.
I keep 35 psi in all 4 tires also, and I like the ride but I am a truck man so a little harshness is great and the 35 in my opine is just right any more , like 40 is to hard and can cause the truck to wonder a bit, and 30 psi can cause a bit more tire wear on the out side, but as always , to each His own, I had a 17 Tacoma and with 40 it wandered like crazy and they were 265/16/16 MT and or AT's , I tried both styles, my Tacoma was an SR5 not an off-road 4x4 that is the truck I ran 35 lbs in the tires so I stuck with that on the Ranger also.

Has anyone tried 265/70r18? Stock width 10.4" but 32.6" tall. Crash bar adjustment may be necessary? Maybe add spacers to drop offset from +44?

In the post above, a member has 265/70R18 on the stock wheels with no lift, and with the crash bars in place. After reading that, I purchased a set of 265/70R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws.

I am hoping I can keep the stock height, But I plan on putting on the Eibach suspension front & rear and I will wait until I have those to install and mount the tires, just in case. I ordered the Eibachs on Black Friday from Stage 3, but they have screwed up my order a couple times and I am less than impressed with their customer service. Hopefully, they will get it sorted out, but from the conversation I had with them, it may be over a week before I get an RMA and can ship back the shocks that were shipped incorrectly and get the correct ones on order again.

Thanks for the link! Personally I like some rake on the Rangers. A 1-1.5” lift on the front with some larger tires would look great.

Given there's ~1/2 inch clearance, do you think a 275 tire at 10.8" wide vs. 10.4" for the 265 would fit without contact?
Hi, was wondering if you were ever able to get an answer to you question? I too am looking at 275/70r17's with a 2" lift. Seems like most people want to jump up to the 285's and do some trimming, I think 275/70's would look fine though and maybe avoid all that.
Thanks!!

FYI. For anyone that is going to loosen and move the stock front intrusion bars to get a little extra clearance. Check them for how much space to the bumper with your finger before you Hercules loosen them! I only had to do the driver side, the passenger side was already pushed forward all the way!

My 4X2 XLT Sport goes in Monday for a 2.5 lev-kit and new 6-ply LT275/70R17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Also getting the new NFab Epyx series textured black step bars added. I’ll let y’all know how the 275’s do.
Stock stance attached.

I also had problems ordering my Eibach from them. I only received one front shock.

Just 3" front
Curious what your step bar measures to the ground at each end with the 3" kit? Is it a bit higher in the front?
