Ok I found it, have to think outside the box sometimes

The Cargo Lighting circuit ties in with the Puddle Lamps (if LED Lights)
So, there is a setting in the As-Builts to Override the Auto function of them, now from what I can tell this SHOULD give normal operation of the cargo lights & puddle lights (if equipped) and give sole control to the switch position, so you will need to be careful not to leave them on.

BCM: 726-62-02 - Factory (All Trims) set as this: (0764-0500-0001)

Thanks, I will give this a try this evening.

I had the unpleasant experience to drive behind a pickup truck that had rear facing white lights that he forgot to turn off. They were blinding. My point is that Ford programmed it so that can't happen. The OP wants to defeat that feature.
I understand that frustration. There is an Canyon AT4X in my community I have come across a couple times now that drives around with a yellow lightbar on in their lower grill and even during the daytime it can be distracting on a 2 way residential road. I could more so understand a pair of pod lights in the fog location for running lights, as bright as that can be, but a 12" lightbar? sheesh. It is also why I just left halogen in my truck, white halogen but not LED. Now that I am over 40 I can see what gets people upset lol

I understand that, I am hoping they left a setting in there to increase the mph or just disable it for off hwy use. It is hard for me to tell but think they turn off around 5-10mph.

I kinda compare this to traction control never being fully off. If I want to do something stupid in my own vehicle let me, natural selection could happen. If someone wants to drive with a yellow light facing backwards, let them get a ticket. That said, I do want it for off-road use.
So you are looking to make a poor mans chase light? Not an insult or dig, just a comment.

As a side note, I wired my chase light bar to a switch. Because that thing is bright - xprite 36" bar - and the lights have glare. I also aimed the bar down some because I didn't want to blind people behind me . . . unless they are to close . . .

Yes basically lol I have a spare set of squadron sports from an old vehicle I had I was thinking about installing but if this works as hoped, I can save those for something else. I don't get to off-road like I used to so I want it to be more of a sleeper.

Well if your roads are as bad as Vegas roads, I can see why
I mean, it's Colorado... Freeze thaw cycles are murder on the roads... And the people drive like morons... Especially the transplants... Right @Colo_Ranger...

There are two types of transplant drivers: those who drive 2 mph when it snows and those who drive 200. Both are terrible. I'm an advocate for building an immigration wall around Colorado.

I agree - a nice wall along 80 and 40 and 25 and 15 would help keep colorado secure . . . . We don't need anything east of 25 . . .

We have all kinds of winter drivers in Idaho too. First snow and you know which they are.

They're like that everywhere and I've seen my share back of them back in MA. Usually the soccer mom who has an SUV and thinks she can still drive 80 in a snowstorm.?‍♂

The last time I was living out that way (Admittedly a looong time ago). There was a population band running North South on the I-25 corridor roughly following the base of the front range, mostly between Fort Collins to the north and Pueblo to the south. There really isn't much east or west of that front range band in Colorado population wise. Is Grand Junction, Loveland. Alamosa, Durango, Walsenburg etc,. that big now?

If I had to guess, I'd think at least 80%-90% of the population is in that I-25 corridor.

realistically it would probably cut the population of the state in half (yes, the majority of people live along 25, and the key was that @Colo_Ranger lives east of 25. . . ).

I am not sure of actual population densities.

now I am going to have to go see if I can find population density for the state aren't I. . .

Naw, I was just thinking how it was back in 1975. I drove through the area around 1996 and Colorado Springs was easily twice the size it was in 1979 when I left the area. Peterson AFB was 10 miles out of town back then. And there was nothing around NORAD / Cheyenne Mountain back then either.

Looks like the population density is about the same - along the I25 corridor has the highest densities with Colorado Springs and Denver having the most dense areas (as well as some of the most dense people)

Colorado Area and Population Density
With a large surface area of 104,094 square miles (269,837 square kilometers) Colorado is the eighth largest state in the USA, but it is relatively sparsely populated when compared to the overall size. Some of the terrain is harsh, and the vast Rocky Mountain range accounts for a significant proportion of the state’s land mass.

As a result of these land conditions, there are approximately 52 people per square mile (19.9 per square kilometer) and that makes Colorado only the 37th biggest state in terms of population density
